• Consignor will receive 50% of the sale price for items under $200 and 60% for individual items priced over $200. For artistry work or crafts, a different % can be negotiated.
• Items will be reduced at the store’s discretion and marked down gradually (relating to seasons and time in the store).  Store may revise policies of contract when necessary. 
• The consignment period is 90 days.  Unsold items can be picked up at that time.  Clothing can be picked up too, but it can be difficult to find every individual item, especially if the clothing has lost its tag over time. We do try to mark items carefully so this doesn’t happen.  Items left after 90 days become property of the store. 
• Clothing should be in fashion.  Clothes that are not in style or are in poor condition won’t be accepted.  Clothing dropped off with rips, stains, or damage will be discarded. Clothing unsold after markdowns will be donated to local charities.
• Unsold material items that you don’t want returned after the consignment period are also donated.
• Consignment checks are available after the first of each month.  If you can’t stop in, the check can be mailed – a processing fee of $1 is added to cover check stock & postage.   
• The store is not responsible for items lost or damaged from theft, fire, vandalism, flood or natural disaster. 
• By signing contract, I have agreed to all terms and certify that I own items brought in for consignment with all rights to sell such items. 
• If you have an amount, which you’d like out of an item (your bottom price), please alert us when you bring the item in.  Also, if you know the value of a particular item, please let us know, especially for unusual items like jewelry, antiques or collectables.  We do check completed ebay listings and the Internet, but what items are going for may not be what you’re ready to sell the item for. For example, after checking with a local jeweler, 10K gold rings with gems are only worth about $5 to $10. However, customers do like jewelry and rings so we could possibly sell an item like that anywhere from $10 to $45.  But if the ring has sentimental value to you, that price may not be enough for you. Good communication makes consigning more positive. 
• We do not buy items outright.
• Please do not bring in your entire garage sale. Sort through items. There is a cleaning charge for cleaning unclean items.
